RETURN POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn items for a refund, subject to the terms below.

Everything you order from FinallyPlusSizeLingerie.com will be shipped directly from our fulfillment center. We take special care to be sure that every item is in excellent condition and that we are shipping the correct item, size, and color.

If we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your order ship date to exchange your item. Of course, we will reimburse your return shipping charges.

If you received the correct item(s), but are simply not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. We will refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms below:

• A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for EVERY return. Within 30 days of your order ship date, contact us and we will email you with your RA# and return instructions

• State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items.

• Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns for Panties, Teddies, Teddiettes, or opened hosiery.

• Lingerie sets that include a panty, thong, or G-string will be shipped to you with the panty attached to the main garment. Once this panty is removed, the set is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

• This is all good news for you, because it means that when you purchase one of our products,you can feel secure that it has not been worn, or even tried on, by someone else. Your health and safety are our number one priority.

• Merchandise must be returned in New Saleble condition. Otherwise, Merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange, that is not returned with care.

Merchandise received by Finally without Authorization or a Return Authorization Number (RA#), or not meeting any other of the above criteria, will not be Refunded and will not be returned to the sender.

Items Lost or Damaged During Shipment:

Your merchandise will be shipped with enough insurance to cover the replacement of your items.

Refused Shipments:

If your shipment is refused by you, your credit card will not be refunded.
